Detroit Card Show Event Disclaimer & Terms

Detroit Card Show is organized and operated by True Collects LLC. Our role is solely to organize and host the event. All vendors and exhibitors participate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or affiliates of Detroit Card Show or True Collects LLC.

All buying, selling, trading, grading submissions, consignments, autograph services, appraisals, and any other transactions or agreements are conducted solely between attendees and the individual vendor. Detroit Card Show and True Collects LLC are not parties to these transactions and do not supervise, control, guarantee, insure, or assume responsibility for any vendor's products, services, communications, representations, business practices, or contractual obligations.

Any references to, advertisements for, or promotion of vendors, products, grading services, or businesses on our website, social media, printed materials, or other marketing channels are provided solely to inform attendees of participating exhibitors. Such references do not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, partnership, or representation by Detroit Card Show or True Collects LLC regarding any vendor or its products or services.

Attendees are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction with a vendor, including verifying merchandise, authenticity, pricing, grading services, submission procedures, and any representations made by the vendor. All products and services are provided solely by the individual vendor and are subject to that vendor's own terms and policies.

Detroit Card Show and True Collects LLC do not provide refunds, guarantees, or warranties relating to any transaction or service provided by a vendor and are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, delayed, or damaged property, including collectibles, grading submissions, consignments, cash, merchandise, or personal belongings. Any dispute arising from a purchase, sale, trade, grading submission, consignment, authentication service, autograph service, or any other transaction must be resolved directly between the attendee and the vendor involved.

Gambling, games of chance, unauthorized raffles, counterfeit merchandise, stolen property, illegal items, fraudulent activity, and other prohibited conduct are not permitted at the event. Detroit Card Show reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any attendee or vendor whose conduct is determined to be unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, disruptive, or otherwise in violation of event rules.
